Calling the store they're only able to say that their deliveries are managed by a third party and they have absolutely no way whatsoever of contacting them or getting any information on it at all. Seemed to have no interest in trying to help figure things out. No contact from them about anything and when i try to contact them all they'll tell me is that it was put on a truck this morning and they can provide no other information about when they might be coming to my house or if they'll even make it today. Missed their delivery/installation window of 12-4pm. ABSOLUTELY irresponsible and disrespectful company that does not value its customers or their time
